Decoupage'd Jewllery Box

Hello Everyone...

Arpita here,I have an upcyle'd project to share with you all.I love to to up cycle projects using Decoupage technique.They are a lot of fun and you have a totally transformed ,Beautiful end product.

Also have a pictorial tutorial for today's project.

Step 1
Will be working on this old Jewellery box,I have chosen a print from the newly launched decoupage paper.It is called Happily Ever After.I fussy cut the print I wanted to use.




Step 2
Painted the box with the colors Bubblegum Pink and Snow White.Poured both the colors randomly on the box and painted them to get a shaded effect.


Step 3
Marked the outline of the print with a pencil and did stenciling with the Damask Basics stencil in rest of the area with a Snow White paint.

Step 4
Using mod podge i stuck the decoupage paper.Gave a topcoat using the same glue and finally sealed with a clear varnish.Added resin embellishments to add some interest.
