Mixed Media Altered Bottle(Craftyscrappers)

Hello My Crafty Friends...

Its Arpita here,today I am sharing with you all a easy ,fun mixed media altered project.I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial.Today i will be altering a perfume bottle.

Brief  Tutorial

1.Prime the bottle with white gesso.

2.To add texture i have taken some modelling paste ,cut some fibre and mixed them together to make my own fibre texture paste.

3.To add color i have used the starfish dazzle texture paste.

4.Next I choose a few embelishments to add,i coloured my metal embelishment with the Grass Dazzle texture paste.
coloured my chipboard with creamy banana and Icy marine chalk paints and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

5.The final step was to stick all my elements,and I was done.

MM Altered Hoop (Craftyscrappers)

Hello My Crafty Friends...

Its Arpita here,today's project is inspired by our ongoing theme Floral And Textures,this is one of my favorite theme.So have you checked the newly launched floral stamps from craftyscrappers ,they are gorgeous desings and I will be using one of the stamps from their newly  launched stamps.I have made a mixed media altered hoop, I started this project with a complete different idea and this is the end result...

Brief  Tutorial

I covered the hoop with a lace trim,to add texture stuck some texture stones and texture sand.then applied a thin coat of gesso.To add color i have used shimmer paints butter chocolate,fresh pear and posy flamingo and creamy banana chalk paint.To add a little more interest mixed some art stones with Splash shimmer paste and applied the mix randomlyl.To highlight somme areas did some dry brushing with white gesso.

used the You Are Amazing stamp set  to make some of the elements and coloured the flower with sweet sunshine and the bird with tickled cheeks shimmer spray.Next assembled all my elements on a piece of chipboard and with a chain hung it to the center of the hoop.
